Watercolor

This was the first time that I visited Fort Totten Park in Queens, New York. The view of the bridge lighting up after the sunset was so amazing to me. Around this time, I was just beginning to experiment with long exposure photography, so the combination of the calm waters with the bridges' bright- lights turned out to be just what I was looking for. Purple Haze

This was the second time that I had visited this bridge. The difference was, at this point in time, my knowledge and experiences with long exposures had been furthered. Illuminated

This spot doesn't seem to lose significance to me. Each time I visit, the weather conditions slightly differ, creating a whole different scene. Bright Nights

Another shot, same night as the last. A higher ISO in combination with more distance between the bridge lights created more of a contrast between the rocks and the bridge. Really capture the feeling on the stormy feel in the moment. Throgs Neck Bridge- View from Fort Totten on 1-2-17

Color Waves

Mike and I decided to take a 45-minute drive over to Brooklyn to get some Tacos from " Tacos El Branco". To me, the Tacos were great but not worth it. Although, this view of the Verrazano Bridge on the way back home was definitely worth it. Brooklyn, New York ( 1-12-17)

Day N' Night

I caught this shot of the birds flying towards the Robert Moses Causeway bridge from Captree Park. The reflection of the bridge in the water in combination with the sunset and emerging-stars was surreal. 3-7-17 Captree State Park, Ny

When the Stars Align

This shot came about forty-five minutes after the sunset shot of the bridge. The long exposure I took captured the path of the lights from the bridge onto the water along with the bright beam of the Fire Island light house in the lower-left corner. 3-7-17 Captree State Park, Ny
